Check out time: 11am

There is a 2.5% charge for all Visa/Mastercard transactions and 4% for American Express. Eftpos debit cards will also incur the 2.5% transaction fee when first nights pre-payment is processed before arrival.

Complimentary on site parking is available but not guaranteed and subject to availability. If our carpark is full there is plenty of on street parking available. 

COVID Vaccine Pass mandate (My Vaccine Pass) applies.

New Zealand moves to the new Covid traffic light framework on December 3rd.  In order for us to operate under the Government mandate which applies to premises with Food & Beverage outlets, we require a valid My Vaccine Pass to be sighted on entry to the Hotel .   My Vaccine Pass is the official record of your COVID-19 vaccination status for use within New Zealand. Please note, there are no exceptions to this rule and it is not within the remit of our staff to make or offer exemptions, we appreciate your understanding.

For the safety and well-being of our customers and suppliers  we have complied with the Government Mandate regarding  staff vaccinations .With nearly 2-years’ experience of COVID-19 we’ve developed a robust, and tried and tested, set of operating procedures to keep our clients, and our staff, safe.   This includes enhanced cleaning protocols, effective contact tracing and mask use.

GROUP CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT POLICY 

OCTOBER – APRIL

If you wish to cancel or amend please do so 6 weeks prior to arrival to avoid any charges. We require nameslist, eta & etd 3 weeks prior to arrival.

MAY – SEPTEMBER

If you wish to cancel or amend please do so 4 weeks prior to arrival to avoid any charges. We require names list, eta & etd 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Standard Terms

PRE-PAYMENT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

One night’s room rate will be charged to your card 24 Hours prior to check in. (Surcharges apply to American Express, Mastercard and Visa).

If the guest will not be carrying the stated credit card on check in, please tick the related fields when making the booking. All packages with a minimum stay of two nights will be charged the full amount 1 days prior to arrival.

Terms of stay

I Hereby accept full responsibility for any charges incurred for this room during my stay. I also acknowledge the following:

  • That I am personally liable for any damage to the room or property, both malicious or accidental, by myself or my guests and that any remaining balances can be finalised on my credit card
  • That I am personally liable for any infringement of the Copyright Act 2011 committed by myself, my guests or any transient users of my hotel-provided internet access code which may result in fines up to $15,000 and a cancellation of internet account.
  • I hereby consent to this property disclosing my/our presence to connect incoming calls
  • That I am liable for key replacement cost
  • That I am personally liable for any cost incurred for the repair or cleaning of property as a result of smoking or soiling.
  • The hotel will not be held responsible for any valuables left behind. Postage costs will be charged to my card if I/we request forwarding of item/s.
