Guest Services Duty Manager 

We are seeking a highly motivated tourism professional to join our team at the Front Desk to offer our guests excellent customer service.
This is a full time position and the shifts for this role will include am and pm on weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis.

If you have the following strengths then we would love to hear from you:

• Dedicated to providing 5 Star excellence in Customer Service at all times
• Passion for the Tourism Industry
• Work well within a team
• Flexibility
• Duty Managers Certificate preferred but not essential.
• Food and Beverage Experience is also preferred but not essential

You will bring strong leadership skills and inspire the team. A solid understanding of housekeeping systems is very important . You will be responsible for supervising and supporting the Housekeeping team as they work through their duties.
